The Story

Tart cranberries and zesty lime meet smoky toasted coriander and a slow-building habanero heat in this one-of-a-kind hot sauce. A touch of sweetness balances the spice, making it perfect for oysters, cheese, fish, chicken, or pork.

9oz bottle, approximately 9" high by 2" in diameter

Made on Cape Cod in Yarmouthport, MA

Ingredients: Cranberries, Sugar, Water, Onion, Lime Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Habanero Peppers, Lime Zest, Garlic, Coriander Seed

About Lighthouse Keeper's Pantry: Cape Cod native Kelly O’Connell spent nearly 20 years in New York City developing products and marketing for lifestyle brands like Martha Stewart and The Pioneer Woman. In 2020, she began making jam for her toast-loving father—a hobby that led to a roadside pop-up and, by 2021, the launch of Lighthouse Keeper’s gourmet foods with business partner Greg Bilezikian. Today, their café and shop, Lighthouse Keeper’s Pantry, sits on Cape Cod’s scenic Route 6A, offering small-batch creations inspired by the recipes of a Sandy Neck Beach lighthouse keeper.
